Zynera knows that you value your privacy.  This privacy policy applies to http://Zynera.com owned and operated by Cyber Risk Assessment & Insurance Services and their affiliates (together “Zynera”).  This privacy policy (the “Zynera Privacy Policy”) describes how Zynera collects, uses, and discloses any Personal Information, which is information that may be used to identify you – like your name, email address, and telephone number (collectively “Personal Information”) on our website: http://Zynera.com.  It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your Personal Information.

You may choose whether to provide Personal Information to Zynera. Generally speaking, you may browse the Zynera website without telling us information about you.  However, because cybersecurity recommendations and cyber insurance rate information is fact-specific for each business entity, not all content or features will be available on the Zynera website if you choose not to provide Personal Information.  In situations where Personal Information might be released by you to Zynera, Zynera has implemented processes intended to protect your Personal Information and maintain its security, all as further set forth in this Zynera Privacy Policy.

The Types of Information Collected By Zynera

Accounts. The Zynera website may permit you to register for an account.  To register, you may need to provide Personal Information, such as your name, email address, and password.  You may also provide other optional information.

Quote Applications and Other Inquiries.  The Zynera website will pose questions to visitors as part of Zynera’s effort to recommend security products and publish real insurance rates for you.  We collect information such as your name, email address and information about your organization.  Further, in instances where the website visitor completes a ‘contact me’ form, we will ask for that website visitor’s name and telephone number.  We use the information you provide so we can provide our products and services to you, such as to verify your business’ statistics when you choose to buy insurance and send you information for account management, customer service, system maintenance, and other website or service-related purposes.

When you sign up to get a quote from Zynera, we ask for your email address.  This information lets us send you recommendations and rates after you leave the Zynera website. Additionally, your email address enables us to remember you and retrieve your quotes should you return to the Zynera website, thereby skipping the process of filling out the application form again.

Making Payments.  When you make payments through the Zynera website, you may need to provide financial account information, such as your credit card number, to our third-party service providers, such as Stripe.  We do not collect or store such information, though we may receive information about completed transactions that does not include credit card or bank account numbers.

We also provide information we receive from and about you and your business to insurance companies for the purposes of obtaining insurance quotes, to complete transactions, and to provide continued service of your policy.  We may provide this same information to security technology companies to create your account with them and so they can provide their products and services to you.
